Cookies are small text files that websites can store on a user's device. Similar technologies, such as the browser's localStorage and sessionStorage, allow information to be stored in a comparable way.

These tools may be strictly necessary for a website to work (for example to keep an authenticated session), or serve further purposes such as statistics or advertising, in which case the user's consent is required.

While browsing the public pages, the website does not set cookies without the user's consent, except for the technical tools described below. Google Analytics 4 is optional and is activated only after consent.

The website does NOT use:

• Google Tag Manager;
• Meta Pixel or advertising tools;
• Hotjar or session recording tools;
• profiling or remarketing cookies;
• newsletter or commercial communication tracking.

The tools in place are the technical ones described below, Google Analytics 4 (only with prior consent) and the Google Maps external content, which is loaded only at the user's explicit request.

The website includes an administration area reserved for authorised users. When an authorised user signs in, the authentication system (Supabase Auth) stores a technical item containing the session token in the browser's localStorage (a key such as “sb-…-auth-token”).

Purpose: authentication and session persistence for the authorised user. Nature: strictly technical and necessary. Duration: until the session expires or ends, or until browser data is manually cleared.

This item is not used for analytics, profiling or marketing, and it is not created when simply visiting the public pages of the website.

Storing your cookie choice: the website saves a technical item in the browser's localStorage (key “ccs-analytics-consent”) recording the choice made in the banner (“Accept” or “Necessary only”), so that the banner is not shown on every visit. Nature: technical and necessary. Duration: until the choice is changed or browser data is cleared.

The website optionally uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), solely for statistical purposes: measuring visits and pages viewed in aggregate form and counting completed form submissions (without sending any data entered in the forms).

Prior consent: on the first visit no request is sent to Google Analytics and the gtag.js script is not downloaded. Google Analytics is loaded only if the user selects “Accept” in the banner; selecting “Necessary only” keeps it fully disabled.

Only after consent, Google Analytics may set the “_ga” and “_ga_<ID>” cookies (lasting up to 2 years), used to distinguish visits for statistical purposes. Advertising features are disabled (ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization denied) and Google Signals are not enabled.

Withdrawal: you can change your choice at any time using the “Change cookie preferences” button at the bottom of this page. If consent is withdrawn, Google Analytics is disabled and its cookies are removed.

The Contact page offers a map provided by Google. The map is not loaded automatically: a graphic placeholder is displayed instead and, before any action by the user, the website sends no requests to Google Maps services and no cookies related to that service are set.

The map iframe is loaded only when the user explicitly selects the “Load Google Maps” button. From that moment on, Google may use its own cookies and other technologies and receive technical data such as IP address, user-agent and referrer, in accordance with its own terms and privacy notices.

The activation applies solely to that external content within the page: no other third-party service is enabled.

The typefaces used by the website (Archivo and Karla) are hosted by the website itself. No requests are made to Google Fonts servers (fonts.googleapis.com or fonts.gstatic.com) for the site's typography.

To operate, the website makes technical requests to its own application infrastructure (hosting, database, news image storage and server functions). These requests are necessary to display the content and do not involve profiling cookies.

The email notifications generated by the forms are sent exclusively server-side and do not involve any cookie in the visitor's browser.

On the first visit the website shows a banner allowing you to accept or refuse Google Analytics with equal ease (“Accept” / “Necessary only”). Your choice is stored in the browser and respected on later visits; it can be changed at any time from this page.

The Google Maps external content, instead, remains blocked until an explicit action by the user: loading the map is in itself a deliberate choice.

You can view, delete or block cookies and data stored by websites at any time through your browser settings, generally available in the sections dedicated to privacy, site data or content.

Please note that blocking or deleting necessary technical items may prevent some features from working correctly, in particular the restricted area.
